Bill Barrett, Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Barrett serves as Board Chairman, co-CEO and shareholder of Barrett Corporation, a privately held international management company headquartered in New Brunswick. Founded in 1976, and largely held by the Barrett Family, Barrett Corporation holds equity positions in several companies in Canada, United States and England, primarily in telecommunications, real estate development and as sales, marketing and distribution service providers. The Barrett Companies have combined annual revenues in excess of $250 million. Beyond Mr. Barrett’s responsibilities as CEO of Jordan, he is active in a number of charitable organizations and serves on several corporate boards.
Gregory D. Lee, President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Lee has been actively involved with the commercial and residential real estate industries since 1994. He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1998, and most recently was a transactional real estate and land use attorney with Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor & Reed, PA, where he represented hundreds of projects valued in excess of $1 billion throughout Central Florida, including major tenants, owners, and developers such as WalMart, Home Depot, Commercial Net Lease Realty, General Growth Properties, Lincoln Property Group, Pizzuti Co., Greater Construction Corp., Lennar Homes/US Homes, Centex Homes, Cambridge Homes and Zom Properties.

Vincent Schreiber, CFA, Vice President, Business Development. Mr. Schreiber has prior experience as a commercial real estate lender, and most recently was CFO and COO for Universal Creative, the design and development arm of Universal Studios Parks and Resorts Group. During more than 10 years with Universal, Mr. Schreiber was involved in all aspects of business planning, design, development, leasing, acquisition, disposition, and operation of Universal’s projects in Central Florida, Los Angeles, Spain, Germany, Italy, China, Japan, and Singapore. As a lender, Mr. Schreiber has financed more than $100 million in development and construction, and with Universal, has been involved in more than $4 billion in development projects worldwide.
Greg Duggan, P.E., Vice President of Development Operations. Mr. Duggan has been actively involved in the commercial and residential real estate development business since 1998. Prior to joining Jordan, Mr. Duggan was the Vice President of Land Acquisition and Development for Meritage Homes, Central Florida (previously Greater Homes/Greater Construction). In this role, Mr. Duggan was responsible for the acquisition, programming, entitlement and development of more than 3,000 single family and multi-family lots valued over $200 million. While with Greater Construction and during previous employment with CDI Engineering and Planning, Fort Lauderdale, FL, Mr. Duggan was responsible for the entitlement, engineering and development of more than 30 commercial projects valued at more than $500 million, including office buildings, retail centers, recreational facilities, and industrial parks.
Larry D. Kiem, Vice President of Finance. Mr. Kiem has over 30 years accounting and finance experience in industries including real estate development and management, travel and tourism, wholesale distribution, machining, and commercial printing. Mr. Kiem has served in various capacities, including Controller, Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for companies posting annual revenues of as much as $230 million and employing 500 people. Mr. Kiem’s real estate development experience includes financial analysis, property management, and leasing, for a broad range of industrial, residential and commercial development, including resort condominiums, retail centers, flex space, bulk warehousing and office buildings.

Michael P. Azzarella, P.E., Director of Development and Construction. Mr. Azzarella earned his Civil Engineering degree at the State University of New York at Buffalo. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in both New York and Florida as well as a Certified Public Manager. Mr. Azzarella has almost 20 years of engineering and project/construction management experience. He worked on teams that designed and managed the construction of new buildings, utility renovation and construction projects, and other environmental and permitting activities.
Thomas McLaughlin, Director of Sales & Marketing. Mr. McLaughlin received his BA and graduate degrees in information technology from the University of New Brunswick, and his MBA from Brisbane Graduate School of Business. During his studies at Brisbane, he specialized in International Business and Entrepreneurship. Mr. McLaughlin has almost five years of experience in land development, sales and marketing. At Jordan, he is focusing on opportunities for growth and expansion of the company in the Central Florida development and construction industry.
Lori Hirt, Paralegal, has earned a B.A. in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida, as well as her Florida Sales Associate Real Estate License. At Jordan, Lori provides assistance to the General Counsel in the successful completion of real estate transactions and related matters. Prior to joining Jordan, Lori gained nearly 15 years of experience as a real estate paralegal for various well-known Central Florida law firms and businesses, handling all aspects of the commercial and residential closing process.

Cheri Egger, Executive Assistant, has earned a B.A. from Bowling Green State University in Geography and Spanish. In addition to providing support to Jordan’s President & COO, she assists with planning and organization. Cheri previously worked for Xentury City, a commercial mixed-used land owner/developer, gaining more than 10 years of experience as an administrative and marketing assistant in the land development industry. Prior to that, she worked with distributors around the world in international marketing at Hawaiian Tropic.
Linda Rutledge, Executive Assistant, earned a B.A. from the University of Central Florida in Business Administration. Linda has assisted in numerous administrative positions for more than 20 years and has a customer service background in Computer Technical Support, Software Training, Documentation, and Manager of the Software Conversion Team. She comes to Jordan from Florida Hospital College of Health Sciences where she served as Assistant Admissions Director.
Malcolm Barrett, a Director of Jordan Development Group, Chairman/Emeritus and shareholder of Barrett Corporation, a privately held international management company based in Woodstock, New Brunswick, Canada. Founded in 1976, and largely held by the Barrett Family, Barrett Corporation holds equity positions in several companies in Canada, United States and England, primarily in telecommunications, real estate development and as sales, marketing and distribution service providers. Mr. Barrett has served on a variety of corporate boards over the years.

In addition to the Barrett Corporation Board, he currently serves on three corporate boards – Atlantic Industries Limited, Central Supplies and Wajax Income Fund. Mr. Barrett is a member of the New Brunswick Business Council, local Rotary Club, Carleton Memorial Foundation, and is Chair of the Board for Atlantic Baptist University.
Larry Williams, Jordan Managing Director and Partner with the Barrett family in their Florida real estate investments. Mr. Williams has resided in the Greater Orlando area for nearly 20 years, during which time he has been involved exclusively in residential sales, construction and development. Together with Malcolm Barrett, Mr. Williams founded Austin Homes in 1992, which came to be regarded as one of the area’s premiere custom home building companies. In 2004, all Austin-related business activities were integrated into Jordan. Prior to his partnership with the Barrett family, he spent 10 years with MI Homes, a recognized leader in residential construction and sales in Central Florida.
