History

Jordan Development Group is a Central Florida real estate development company. Jordan was forged by the shareholders of two family businesses, Barrett Corporation and Austin Homes, who have a combined 50 year track record of building successful companies grounded on sound business principles.

We are an entrepreneurial company with family business values that considers and selects only a few measured opportunities, relying upon an exceptional team to execute on time, on budget.

Philosophy

Any business, including real estate development, relies on the premise (and the promise) that its management, employees, customers and clients have compatible objectives; that is constituencies and stakeholders have interests that are aligned and understand each others’ expectations.

In real estate development, investors, banks and clients share expectations with the development company that a project will come in on time, on budget. Employees, and the consultants they hire, are guided by cost estimates, timelines and budgets to strive to achieve that result. And whether it’s a national builder buying developed lots or a family buying a condominium within one mile of Disneyworld, the reliance on the developer’s commitment is the same.
